From Traffic Control to Public Security
Minimize hazards with our AI-powered, multi-sensor radars that detect risky behaviors and secure the perimeter of sensitive zones.

Head of Road Safety Affairs of PARIFEX
Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) is a key technology supporting public safety, traffic management, and crime prevention. Using intelligent cameras and optical recognition algorithms, ANPR enables real-time identification of vehicles on the road.
Its applications are wide-ranging: monitoring sensitive areas, detecting stolen vehicles, supporting border control, and tracking vehicles linked to investigations. This automated system enhances responsiveness while facilitating the work of law enforcement agencies and local authorities.
PARIFEX offers a cutting-edge automatic license plate recognition system based on a high-performance image processing algorithm, delivering optimal accuracy in character recognition. The system is designed to provide an extremely high confidence score for each character read. Every character on a plate is identified with great precision, even under challenging conditions such as high speeds, variable lighting, or dirty or partially obstructed plates.
Both fixed and mobile systems can be installed on any type of road, monitor multiple lanes simultaneously, and can be mounted on traffic lights or existing poles, such as street lighting infrastructure.
Equipped with 3D LiDAR and advanced ANPR, our innovative radars, linked to databases or watchlists, can instantly detect suspicious vehicles.
License Plate Recognition & Analysis
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) uses cameras and recognition software to identify vehicle plates in real time. The captured data is then compared against relevant databases. When a match is found, an alert is triggered. This system enables authorities and law enforcement to quickly detect suspicious vehicles, track their movements, and respond effectively, thereby enhancing public safety and preventing criminal activity.
Perimeter Security
Around airports, government buildings, or during major events (festivals, fan zones, sporting events, etc.), ALPR enhances security by monitoring approaching vehicles in real time. Cameras placed at strategic access points automatically scan license plates and compare them against databases of stolen, wanted, or unauthorized vehicles. When a suspicious vehicle is detected, an alert is immediately sent to authorities, enabling a rapid response. This preventive system reduces the risk of intrusions, disruptions, or malicious acts.
Access Management
Used in access management contexts such as corporate parking lots, logistics sites, secure residential areas, or industrial zones, the system allows entry and exit to be controlled without human intervention or access badges. Only authorized vehicles are permitted, enhancing both security and traffic flow. Passage histories can also be consulted for traceability or to optimize traffic management.
Vehicle Monitoring
In investigations related to theft, criminal networks, or terrorism, ANPR is a strategic tool for law enforcement. By automatically scanning license plates, it enables the real-time detection of vehicles associated with wanted or monitored individuals. This system facilitates discreet tracking of their movements, analysis of their routes, and identification of potential accomplices. By cross-referencing collected data with judicial databases, investigators can act more quickly and precisely, while enhancing the overall effectiveness of security operations.
Border Security
By automatically scanning the license plates of incoming and outgoing vehicles, ALPR enables the instant detection of those reported as stolen, suspicious, or wanted in national or international investigations. This system facilitates cooperation between security agencies and allows for rapid verification. The result: better control of entries into the territory and an enhanced ability to intercept high-risk vehicles.
Organized Crime Prevention
ANPR enables the rapid identification of vehicles involved in illegal activities, such as drug trafficking, money laundering, or the transport of stolen goods. By cross-referencing traffic data with investigation files, authorities can map networks, identify frequently used routes, and discreetly monitor the movements of suspects on an ongoing basis.
