PROCUREMENT

Procurement management is one of the key element in the successful completion of any project.

PARIFEX considers the development and implementation of carefully crafted strategies for the procurement of all goods, equipment, materials, and services to be an essential key to reduce operating cost while improving quality and productivity.

The Procurement in PARIFEX is managed as such:

  • Procurement is carried out by a project specific task force with other procurement professionals drawn from functional groups within PARIFEX.
  • The main procurement activities are led by a Procurement Manager in charge of managing the procurement team.
  • The Procurement Manager is supported by expediters


EXPEDITING:

As part of the Procurement process when purchasing equipment and materials, the Procurement manager systematically visits the supplier to inspect the equipment and ensure its conformity with the project requirements.
